Winsol offers a complete range of roller shutters that can be divided into three categories. The first category consists of the well-known front-mounted roller shutters that are installed against the facade or in the window opening. They can be installed relatively easily and quickly, without any demolition work, and are therefore also very suitable for renovation projects.

With built-in roller shutters, the box is built into the cavity wall above a window or door. This means that the façade is hardly affected, if at all. The box is completely sealed, making the motor inaccessible to intruders. Built-in roller shutters are suitable for new construction, but also for renovation. Surface-mounted roller shutters are the third category. Their precisely customized, insulated box is mounted on top of the profiles during the production of windows or doors.

In order to use renewable and sustainable energy without compromising on comfort, Winsol has developed a solar-powered roller shutter. A small, thin solar panel is discreetly mounted on the box. This charges the battery that supplies energy to the motor that operates the roller shutter. The battery is concealed in the roller shutter box for a discreet design. Little or no sun is no problem for the system. The battery has a long standby time and recharges quickly when daylight is available again.
