New, innovative products for roller shutter systems are being introduced

System updates for increased functionality, efficiency, design and cost-effectiveness

heroal is expanding its roller shutter portfolio with solutions for every installation situation: cost-effective, flexible, and offering great design freedom. New additions include the heroal RS 37 SW and RS 52 SW roller shutter slats with a narrow roll-up profile, the heroal DRP driving rain-resistant guide rails, two-part DRP guide rails, and a new platform for corner bottom rails.

The heroal RS 37 SW and RS 52 SW roller shutter slats make optimal use of the winding space and, thanks to the carefully balanced combination of slat height and nominal thickness, are particularly well-suited for small roller shutter boxes. This results in space-saving, visually unobtrusive solutions at a lower cost. The heroal RS 37 SW is ideal for surface-mounted boxes, while the heroal RS 52 SW is particularly suited for surface-mounted box systems; both can be flexibly integrated into all box systems. The optimized hook and pocket geometry improves stability and prevents light from passing through when the roller shutter is closed.

The heroal DRP (Driving Rain Proof) platform offers driving-rain-proof guide rails with a certified airtightness rating of up to 600 Pa. They are mounted on the window frame; the distance to the window can be easily adjusted using standard profiles, 20- or 40-mm variants, and 10-mm extension profiles. In addition, there is a version for mini-roller shutters with an integrated screen.

For reliable installation, two-piece DRP guide rails are available in HTF and HTF 40. They consist of a base profile with a snap-on, symmetrical cover, conceal the screws, are compatible with current side caps and cabinet systems, and simplify maintenance. Installation is possible on the wall or, to protect against driving rain, on the window frame.

The new platform for corner bottom rails enables a flush roller shutter closure. The extruded aluminum bottom rails are suitable for right- and left-hand applications in surface-mounted and front-mounted boxes. Mini and maxi versions use the same corner profiles; long and short variants, along with matching bottom rail sliders, ensure flexibility and smooth operation.

The product range is complemented by the Kaiser Nienhaus Easyline Solar and Somfy RS 100 Solar io solar-powered motors, as well as the cost-effective heroal FMC roller shutter system.
