‘Extrusion is becoming increasingly popular for Limited Edition Rainbowsol shutters!’

In the mini shutter category, Rainbowsol has been offering the Limited Edition shutter line for some time now, including in the color Stargrey (RAL 9007 textured), which Robert Bosch says is sought after. “This roller shutter was developed to complete the special line of Limited Edition products, finished in exclusive textured paint in Anthracite Gray, Stargrey and Sparkling Black,” Bosch said. 

“The Limited Edition roller shutter is distinguished not only by the three exclusive textured paints, but also by a very heavy extruded three-piece cabinet, matching guides with brushes and three exclusive slats in special matching colors,” Bosch continues. The roller shutter cabinets in the Limited Edition series are available in both beveled and rounded versions. Superior quality and appearance that, despite the slightly higher price level, does well in the range, Bosch believes. “Consumers seem to be increasingly opting for a better quality of their roller shutter and then look emphatically at extruded parts. Price comes second in this regard.” 

Starting this season, Rainbowsol has again made a number of improvements to its shutter offerings. The basic slat for the Populair type roller shutter is the MY 442. In addition, heroal's HK 842 (RS 42) has also been included in Rainbowsol's range. “For the entire Rainbowsol shutter range, the applied shutter box with the patented hinge connection is not only beautiful to look at, but also very easy to install,” Bosch said. “That's because the front cover not only hinges into the top cover, but also stays in it. 

This eliminates the need for additional screws in the front of the front cover.” 

Rainbowsol has four more types of roller shutters in its range in addition to the Limited Edition shutters. They differ mainly by the maximum applicable width of the roller shutter: 

- The basic roller shutter Popular is equipped with the improved MY 442 slat that can be used up to 3.80 m wide. The roll-formed, 45° beveled case is available in ten colors, in case sizes 150, 165, 180 and 205 mm. 
- The heroal HK 842 (RS 42) roller shutter which goes up to a width of 3.60 m. Again, the same cabinet selection is available for these shutters. The slats are available in eight colors. 
- The Mini E shutter (RS 38) with an armor made of heroal RS 38 (Mini E) slats, available in nine colors. The maximum width of the RS 38 roller shutter is 3.80 m. All mini roller shutters can be optionally equipped with a round box and possibly ditto guides. Round boxes are only available in box sizes165 and 205 mm. 
- The Jumbo shutter for larger areas and for rolling gates. It has a 255 or 300 mm case and is available in seven colors. The special, extra strong guides are 85 mm wide, instead of the usual 53 mm. The sturdy and stable slat has a cover width of 55 mm and is available in six colors.
