The beginning of 2021 will be a time of innovations for ALUPROF. The long-awaited SkyRoll sun protection system will appear on the market - a modern and functional solution that is technically very well thought out in all, even the smallest details.
Screens are extremely functional. Therefore, they are gladly used in public buildings and in residential construction. The main advantage of this type of product is the protection of rooms from intense sunlight through the use of technical fabrics. In addition, they protect the interior from the view of unwanted persons, while maintaining the view to the outside. In addition, they also provide effective visual protection against sunlight entering the room, minimizing reflections that can appear on computer screens, among other things. Through careful fabric selection, they give each project a unique character. Don't forget that each screen system can also serve as a fly window, effectively protecting rooms from insects. Three screen systems are available in Aluprof's offering: SkyRoll Zip, SkyRoll Classic and SkyRoll Eco. They differ mainly in the construction details.
The SkyRoll ZIP system is a latest-generation product designed for sun protection in rooms with large glass surfaces. It is highly innovative due to the application of the zipper mechanism. The specially designed two-piece guides are therefore directly integrated with the fabric, providing maximum sealing and protection of the inside from insects. Moreover, this solution guarantees that the fabric remains tightly stretched and stable in the guide, so that it is well protected from wind gusts. The product is available in built-in, surface-mounted and adaptive versions. Depending on the chosen product variant, the range includes surface-mounted elements made of aluminum sheet, PVC or extruded aluminum. Use of the latter material ensures durability and sturdiness for years of use and allows painting in any RAL color and matching of the blinds to the window frames or building facade. Unlike other products of this type available on the market, the SkyRoll Zip is equipped with a telescopic assprop that ensures easy and quick assembly and disassembly of the system and easy accessibility in case of repair and maintenance.
The SkyRoll Classic system is the most popular system in the screen type awnings family. It is intended for use in public buildings as well as in modern residential construction. This product perfectly reduces solar radiation without missing natural daylight and provides optimal protection against overheating of rooms. In this system, there is no direct integration of the fabric with the guide. This solar protection is available in recessed, surface-mounted and adaptive versions. Depending on the chosen product variant, the range includes construction elements made of aluminum sheet, PVC or extruded aluminum that are predominantly also suitable for the SkyRoll Zip system. This is extremely important for manufacturers, as it allows most elements such as guides, winding tubes or load bars to be used and optimizes warehouse stocks. This solution also features a telescopic holder for the winding tube, which offers installers quick assembly, disassembly and non-invasive access during repair and maintenance. This holder can also be used in roller shutters.
SkyRoll Eco is an economical solution for less demanding investors. This product is perfect for buildings that need permanent sun protection, as well as for balconies, arbors or pergolas. A characteristic feature of the roller blind is its manual operation with spring system. This incorporates the intuitive AluClick mechanism for easy closing and opening, which makes operation particularly simple and requires little effort. When closing, it is enough to gently click the bottom edge. The product is available in adaptive-space and built-in versions. Depending on the chosen product variant, the range includes construction elements made of aluminum sheet, PVC or extruded aluminum. SkyRoll ECO has a special guide that is integrated with the fabric and thus additionally protects the interior from insects. The bottom beam comes from the MKT screen system, allowing you to optimize the stock. Thanks to the use of a telescopic holder in the winding tube, the assembly and disassembly of the roller blind is very quick and easy - important for any maintenance and repair. As with the ZIP and CLASSIC versions, this holder can also be used for shutters in which the SW40 tube is used or, thanks to adapters, also with the SW50 and SW60 versions.
