Our customized products are sold to end users through our dealer network. We have approximately 350 employees. Due to our successful results, the objective of high customer satisfaction and the positive market development we are looking for immediate reinforcement of our Customer Center team in Zwolle, in the form of an:

Technical commercial employee inside sales department

Your duties:

• Provide technical and commercial advice to customers (B2B) by phone and in writing,
• process orders,
• handle complaints,
• field service support.

We expect:

• A MBO work and thinking level, obtained through education and/or relevant work experience,
• Experience in consulting on technical products, preferably within the frames, blinds or canopies industry,
• A proactive work attitude and customer-friendliness,
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written,
• A team player and a go-getter,
• independence, stress resistance and customer orientation,
• Knowledge of the German language.
