DESSOL BELGIUM becomes DESSOLUX

Since July 1, the remaining activities in the field of roller shutters and blinds have been within DESSOL BELGIUM transferred to the newly created dedicated company DESSOLUX, a company based in the Belgian Ardennes and specializing in ALU & PVC windows and doors.

This company uses surface-mounted shutters and screens for installation on windows. It is a perfect complement and further steps towards vertical integration for this company. The entire active staff on both flows will be taken over with them.

The site itself at Bertrix (Belgian Luxembourg) is being bought by another company within this group. Dutch-speaking customers will also be assured of continued service.

DESSOL BELGIUM will undergo a name change and further focus on the real estate activities within this company, including a business center under construction at its headquarters in Dendermonde, Belgium.
