Awning dealers are helped with installation service

With more than 35 years of experience, SunCircle is a renowned manufacturer of awnings and shutters. Meanwhile, the company has continued to expand its services. Several years ago, SunCircle noticed an increasing demand for mechanics from dealers. "We heard the call for personnel and answered it with our own assembly service," says manager Remco de Groot. "With this, we take a burden off our customers' shoulders during the entire process from planning to completion." 

"We started with two mechanics, but by now we average about five teams at work," De Groot said. "We find that dealers let things slip by due to lack of time and personnel. That's why we like to take the work out of their hands. This saves them time and worries, allowing them to focus entirely on sales and advice. Moreover, they have a central point of contact, which makes switching a lot easier."

SunCircle Montage is also carrying out a project in Rotterdam-Hoogvliet.

A rock-solid combination

"To meet the demand of our dealers, we also carry out large-scale projects. For example, we are currently installing 950 screens at four residential towers in Rotterdam. An immense job, where dealers are only too happy to use the help of SunCircle fitters! In such large-scale projects we are involved from the construction drawing to the realization. All intermediate steps, such as quotations, measuring and planning, are taken care of by us. And if end-users want to continue to enjoy carefree sun protection, we also offer maintenance contracts. Combined with SunCircle products, this is a rock-solid combination!"

Clear communication

SunCircle Montage BV's mechanics are trained internally with the help of a unique e-learning program. "In this, much attention is also paid to our standards of interaction, both internally and with customers," De Groot emphasizes. "This ensures that our quality remains squarely in place in this regard as well." 

With every project, good communication with dealers and customers is key for SunCircle Montage BV. "They stay informed throughout their project through our digital platform. In it we keep track of what we have done, illustrated with photos. Our mechanics work with tablets to keep track of work progress. This makes every process as efficient and clear as possible." 

Even for customers without an ongoing project, SunCircle Montage BV is happy to make time, Remco de Groot concludes. "Questions are free! Everyone is welcome for information or an introduction. We regularly attend trade shows and value contact with our customers."
