Brustor Wins the 2026 Red Dot Award with Its Innovative B310 Patio Cover  

Belgian outdoor living specialist honored for minimalist design, technical ingenuity, and ultimate outdoor comfort  

Brustor, a Belgian manufacturer of high-quality sun protection and outdoor living solutions, has won the prestigious Red Dot Award: Product Design 2026 for the B310, a revolutionary patio canopy with a fabric roof.  

The international Red Dot jury honored the B310 for its sophisticated combination of minimalist design, innovative technology, and premium finish. With this new solution, Brustor is taking a significant step forward in the segment of compact, elegant, and sustainable patio covers.  

Compact design, great comfort  

The B310 was developed to meet real user needs: a sleek architectural system that seamlessly combines technology, comfort, and aesthetics. Thanks to its extremely low system height of just 90 mm, the B310 is one of the most compact solutions in its category.  

The innovative double-roll-up fabric system ensures that the underside of the fabric remains clean and dry and fully protects the fabric inside a closed cassette. In this way, the B310 combines the warm appeal of a fabric awning with the robust performance of a premium patio cover.

The B310 creates a soft, homey atmosphere thanks to the diffused light coming through the fabric roof. At the same time, the system offers protection from the sun, UV rays, and heavy rain. When the roof is fully open, more than 90% of the roof opening remains unobstructed, ensuring maximum light and a strong connection to the outdoors.  

Fully tailored to any architectural style  

The B310 is available as a freestanding structure, a facade model, or a built-in solution. With dimensions of up to 7 meters wide and 4.5 meters deep, a variety of color and fabric options, and add-ons such as dimmable LED lighting, patio heaters, screens, and sliding walls, the system is a perfect fit for both residential and commercial projects.
