After years of successful operation under the umbrella of ALUK, Pallazzo will become an independent company effective October 1. The company will have new owners: Erwin Dujardin, Steffen Hageman, and Dennis Rampen. With this move, Pallazzo is consciously choosing a clear and independent path, with a full focus on Outdoor Living.
Pallazzo has been a well-known name in the market for over 25 years and has built a strong reputation during that time as a specialist in aluminum designs for outdoor spaces.

The spin-off aligns with the strategic focus of both companies. ALUK will continue to focus entirely on its core business in window and door systems, while Pallazzo can concentrate fully on Outdoor Living.
“This step feels like a very natural progression,” according to the new owners, Erwin Dujardin, Steffen Hageman, and Dennis Rampen. “Over the past 25 years, Pallazzo has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience. As an independent company, we can further strengthen that focus and respond even more effectively to opportunities and developments in the market.”
That combination of market knowledge, entrepreneurship, and technical expertise forms a strong foundation for Pallazzo’s next phase.
Although Pallazzo will operate independently starting October 1, the company will continue to build on the knowledge, experience, and relationships it has developed over the past 25 years. The transition to independence thus marks, above all, a new phase: one with a clear positioning, a specialized focus, and plenty of ambition for the future.
“Our customers and partners can rest assured that our core values will remain the same: quality, expertise, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are key to that. At the same time, this new phase gives us plenty of room to grow, improve, and continue to innovate,” said Dujardin.
