Slatted canopy SO! guarantees experience

Winsol launched its slat roof SO! on Saint Nicholas Day in Aalter. With this gem, the West Flemish company now wants to make a definitive breakthrough in the outdoor living segment. "This is a historic moment for our company, not only because of our refined product but also because of the determined approach of our entire team," said proud CEO Xavier Costenoble during the meeting. 

The development of the slatted roof SO! - SO refers to the superlative in the English language - took nine months. "In February the decision was made to launch a top product for the world of outdoor living, during Equip'Baie in Paris we were able to show it off," Costenoble explains. "We are doing better than the competition. For example, the installer can calculate everything in just three minutes and installation is faster thanks to a lot of pre-assembly 40%. Efficiency is at the forefront of our new patented product. Thanks to the good price positioning, high quality design and far-reaching innovation, we will be able to score in this market segment from now on." 

Three packs
With the Pergola SO! the resident brings his living room outside. At any time of day, he stays there in comfort, choosing the mood and setting he wants. "There are three Pergola SO! packs, from the economic model over the mid to high end version," Costenoble said. "They are called SO! Cosy, SO! Chic and SO! Star. With SO! Chic, one can adjust the LED lighting to warm or cold white light, while music echoes from the built-in sound system. Under the Pergola SO! Star, the resident imagines himself in another world: thanks to an enchanting starry sky, he comes to complete rest. The motorized system adjusts the automated slats throughout the day, completely according to the preferred settings. Heating, lounge music, dimmed light, in every season the resident can let himself be carried away in a wonderfully warm climate."

"Via the SO! Connected app, you make the beautiful weather yourself," Costenoble explains the innovative nature of the slat canopy. "Thanks to the patented, intelligent control of the slats, the app calculates the correct position of the aluminum slats. With every change in light, the slats automatically move for the perfect atmosphere on the terrace."
