STOBAG: ‘The NYON Plus is a wonderful all-weather roof’

“The NYON Plus is winner of the German Design award 2020, has numerous options and is also very assembly-friendly,” Mul continued. “The floating guide tube in the wall profile has two important advantages. First, unevenness of the wall can be easily compensated for. This saves time during installation and reduces costs. A second advantage is that the slope angle of the roof can easily be corrected or adjusted on site.” 

Some key product features include: With a size of 600 cm wide x 450 cm projection, the NYON Plus can be mounted on two uprights. With a retracted beam, even a projection depth of up to 550 cm can be achieved. 

“The NYON Plus has very narrow beams, giving the roof a panoramic view,” Mul describes. The beams are spaced at regular intervals across a roof, where they can be placed up to one meter apart. The pitch of the roof is infinitely adjustable between 3 and 15°. Rainwater is drained invisibly via an integrated rainwater drain. The canopy can be extended modularly - also at a later date. Special models with notches in the roof or staggered projections for connected roofs are then possible. 

Options offered by STOBAG to enhance the capabilities of the NYON Plus include the ARNEX top or lower awning, glazing and awnings to close off the sides and/or front of the canopy, and LED lighting with spot lights or strips.
