One of Bella Vista's most popular products is its veranda system, which comes fully customized and is plug-and-play, significantly reducing assembly time. This system pairs perfectly with the company's sliding glass walls and doors. "Our walls are custom-made in five different RAL colors and match the verandas seamlessly. In addition, they even combine very well with wooden canopies," Sanders said. "With this, we deliver a customized product at very friendly prices." 

Market trends and consumer preferences

The market for patio covers and sliding glass walls has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, due in part to increasing competition and changing consumer preferences. Consumers are getting smarter and often play dealers off against each other to get the best deals. "We see retailers therefore increasingly opting for own-brand products, which can stand alongside an A-brand, but at a fraction of the price," Sanders says. "Our verandas and sliding walls can compare to major brands and offer a lot higher margin than most A-brands. As a result, more and more dealers are joining us."

Innovative adaptations and quality

Bella Vista also stands out for its flexibility and adaptability. Dealers are in regular contact with Koen and have a say in product improvements, leading to ongoing innovation and adaptation of products to meet their needs. One example is the modification of the top guide of a sliding door. It runs tighter thanks to a small but effective modification. "We listen to our dealers and implement improvements that really make a difference," Sanders confirms. "That way everyone is happy and we keep moving forward."

With a focus on innovation, customization and a strong relationship with dealers, Bella Vista continues to grow and innovate. The company's unique position, with its own profiles and production processes, allows them to keep costs low and remain flexible. "We also have in-house transportation," Sanders concludes.
