"As a specialist in sun protection and rain and wind protection, Weinor is offering its partners a fully optimized version of its popular visualization program," said Marcel Mol, sales manager for Belgium. "With many new functions, the 3D Designer 2.0 provides a quite realistic representation of awnings and patio roofs. It constitutes an aid in the sales conversation and gives quotations a visual persuasion."
Images say more than a thousand words. It will be one of the reasons that visualization programs are getting better and more realistic. Consumers often find it difficult to imagine sun or rain and wind protection on their own patio, but when they see for themselves how a patio can be beautified with the right product, it usually has a very convincing effect.

"With the 3D Designer 2.0, Weinor has developed a visualization app that makes product configuration, the creation of terrace situations and menu navigation simpler, more intuitive and user-friendly," explains Weinor account manager Dennis Heuts. Virtually all of Weinor's new products from recent years, including the rectilinear patio roofs Terrazza Pure and Terrazza Sempra, can be displayed with it. Newer products are constantly being integrated with regular updates.

The 3D Designer 2.0 has a number of new features. For example, the intensity of the sun can be adjusted by setting the brightness or light scenarios can be changed using color LED strips. A display of shading supports the Weinor partner in finding the correct dimensions of a sun protection product. The view from inside to outside is also possible. Functions such as the view from the sky or the possibility of adding patio furniture have been taken over from the old visualization tool.
The program is still connected to the partner search option on Weinor's website, so the consumer can still contact the Weinor expert on awnings and rain and wind protection directly. "This is interesting for the Weinor partner, who advises his customers on their own terrace using an Android tablet or iPad," Mol notes. "Because a low resolution can be chosen for creating a 3D visualization, the configuration can also be done smoothly when the tablet has low power or the WiFi connection is not as good."

"The new visualization app offers a great advantage when creating customer quotations," Heuts believes. "The images can be saved intermediately and then incorporated into the quotation created in the Weinor E-Shop. Displaying a product at the right scale and in an almost realistic patio environment can provide the E-offer with additional persuasiveness and thus be the deciding factor for purchasing the product."
