Haak Zonwering named Sunmaster Premium Dealer of the Year!

Sunmaster rewards its Premium Dealer who stand out, by the way they profile the Sunmaster brand and their own business in terms of product presentation, service, marketing and customer focus. But also who stand out by their passion for the brand and a proactive attitude by thinking along with Sunmaster.

Sunmaster works closely together with its Premium Dealers. These Premium Dealers are spread throughout the Netherlands. This client group is tested on numerous aspects, such as the showroom where the full Sunmaster assortment is displayed, the Sunmaster brand is used first within its segment, but also the full Sunmaster assortment is carried. And of course a passionate entrepreneurship, the specialist advice and customer contact towards consumers, with especially a positive relationship with us as supplier. On Thursday, December 10, the prize was presented in the showroom of Haak Zonwering, consisting of an award, a delicious cake and a voucher to spend on Google Adwords or a company outing. This of course in a small company where the 1.5 meter distance could easily be handled. Michiel and Tjeerd (owners Haak Zonwering) enthusiastically expressed their appreciation. Because business went well last year and a company outing was promised to the staff anyway as soon as they could, they chose to donate their won amount to the Food Bank in Haarlem.

Haak Zonwering has been a family business on the Burgwal in Haarlem for more than a century. Each generation represents a number of changes within Haak. Michiel and Tjeerd have expanded the product range considerably. In addition to traditional awnings, Haak now also sells terrace screens, screens, conservatory awnings, patio heaters, patio covers and roller shutters. The brothers keep a close eye on all trends and developments. The showroom even has an awning equipped with LED lights and speakers. The brothers also find it important to work as sustainably as possible and, where possible, do their bit for a better environment. Their father Gerard can still regularly be found in the business: “I still sometimes crawl behind the sewing machine to make a awning, which we still sew in house,” he said.”
