BUILDING Shutter Systems uses the BP77 slat as standard for the Gararol^® rolling gates. The use of this lamella keeps the case size down. "The BP77 slat combines good coiling with extra strength and can accommodate up to 15 m² surface," Suys said. "Because roller gates consist of individual slats, damage to the gate can be repaired easily and inexpensively by simply renewing the damaged profiles. With a sectional or a tilt gate, the cost can quickly add up if expensive panels need to be replaced."

Design

Just like the roller shutter armors, BUILDING Shutter Systems can also powder-coat the roller shutter curtains in any desired color. This allows the end-user to choose a uniform color for their windows, shutters, screens AND roller shutter door.

"Roller shutters are still nowhere near as present as roller shutters, but individuals are slowly becoming more aware of the advantages of a roller shutter over a sectional or tilt-up door," Suys concludes.
