Aluminum shutters and blinds from heroal are ideal for darkening buildings. Thanks to an integrated solar-powered motor, these shutters and awnings can be operated in a particularly energy-saving way. Various solutions make it possible to meet specific requirements.
The integration of the Kaiser Nienhaus Easyline Solar (6 and 20 Nm) and Somfy RS 100 Solar io (6, 10, 15, and 20 Nm) solar-powered motors enables energy-efficient operation of heroal roller shutter systems. There is a wide selection of different roller shutter bar systems with a coverage width between 37 and 52 mm. No separate power supply is required. Control is wireless via a remote control or a button on the wall. For maximum flexibility, the solar-powered motors are equipped with an integrated lithium-ion or nickel-metal hydride battery. The roller blind will operate for around 100 cycles if there is insufficient sunlight. If the battery is completely empty, it can also be charged via an external interface.
The solar shading systems heroal VS Z Solar and heroal VS Z Kaiser Nienhaus Solar combine the advantages of an innovative zipscreen system with an integrated solar drive. The sun protection system is available in two versions.
In the version with the heroal solar-powered motor (10 Nm) and integrated battery in combination with a 54 mm aluminum shaft in the 85 mm roller shutter box, maximum element dimensions of 2,000 x 2,200 mm can be produced. Sizes of 3,000 x 3,000 mm can be achieved in combination with a 63 mm steel shaft in a 95 mm roller shutter box. The heroal solar-powered motor can be controlled with a wireless remote control (433 MHz). Various elements of the heroal VS Z Solar can be combined into groups that can be controlled via a handheld/wall-mounted transmitter.
The integrated lithium-ion battery also offers maximum flexibility for the sun protection systems. If there is not enough sunlight, the heroal VS Z roller blind can still operate for around 100 cycles. Alternatively, the battery can also be charged via an external interface. Because the Li-ion battery is built into the motor, small roller shutter boxes with standard element heights can be used.
