Centronic Plus, the new generation of remote controls

Convenience serves man. This, of course, also applies to the operation of shutters and blinds. "Why make them difficult if they can be made easy," says the team at BECKER Benelux. For eighteen years, BECKER Antriebe has been using the now-proven Centronic technology with a transmission frequency of 868.3 MHz for the wireless operation of shutters and blinds. "Our remote control products from the Centronic range have long been praised for their reliability and ease of installation." 

Because stagnation equals regression, BECKER Antriebe is constantly working to expand and further improve its product range. One of the results of those efforts is Centronic Plus. 

Time for the new evolution!

BECKER Benelux has recently launched Centronic Plus, the latest generation of motors and controllers for the remote operation of roller shutters and awnings. This makes use of mesh technology (in good Dutch a meshed network). 

In a mesh network, every device within the network is connected to every other device. This ensures effective operation of all devices because they are always connected left or right: if one connection is blocked, another can always be found. This technology offers safety, security and accessibility, even in larger projects with status notification. 

"BECKER's Centronic Plus tubular motors integrated into a mesh network are equipped as standard with a number of functions that provide safety and comfort for users," they know at BECKER Benelux. "These include obstacle detection, lift protection, fabric correction, the ability to set intermediate positions and much more." 

Home control center CC41 CentralControl

With the new smarthome home control unit CC41 CentralControl, the operating and control options offered by BECKER Benelux are now even more complete. "The home control unit makes it possible to operate shutters or blinds very easily with the BECKER app on smartphone, tablet or computer from home or elsewhere," says the BECKER Benelux team. "In addition, switching times or sun, wind and rain values can be entered very easily via this app. Incidentally, previous projects equipped with Centronic or B-tronic motors - motors of the previous generation - can also be controlled with this home control center."
