Designing outdoor spaces today means above all designing with comfort in mind, creating versatile spaces where heat can be blocked when needed, direct sunlight can be reduced, microclimate can be improved, protection from rain can be provided and moments of true well-being can be enjoyed. This vision of modern outdoor living is summed up in the new TXT articulated cassette awning, which combines beauty, functionality and advanced technology. The result of the know-how of the Gibus Group, one of the leading European players in outdoor design and sun protection, it can communicate harmoniously with architecture while highlighting the vertical surfaces of buildings, redefining the relationship between inside and outside.

Developed with wall mounting for residential, Ho.Re.Ca. and business environments, TXT stands out for its original design with a strong visual impact. The cassette, shaped like a rectangular block, has a particular texture that combines aesthetics and design efficiency: a series of parallel aluminum slats emerging from the central core block, creating an elegant rhythm of full and empty. This detail is not only decorative, but also functional, as it accurately camouflages technical elements such as screws, LED lighting and the dividing line between cassette and front frame, creating a sleek and essential look.

Available with an extension from 200 to 400 cm and a width from 300 to 710 cm, also in larger sizes, TXT is designed to provide high performance. The fully powder-coated frame houses a polyester fabric that slides over the Edge 75 arms with an adjustable inclination of -10 to -40 degrees, allowing the shade to be accurately adjusted to the position of the sun. This model can also be equipped with a retractable flounce (only available for projections up to 350 cm), providing additional sun protection even when the sun is low, without compromising the sleek design.

The many options for aesthetic and functional personalization are also noteworthy. Colors, patterns and textures of the fabric are freely selectable from an extensive sample book, for custom integration into any project. In addition, the screen can be equipped with optional LED lighting on the cassette, front frame and arms, allowing outdoor living to be experienced in an atmospheric and impressive ambiance even after sunset.

Exclusive and advanced, this solution features invisible motors integrated into the roll-up tube, with power varying depending on the size of the screen. In addition, there are sensors for sun and wind speed that monitor weather conditions and automatically move the structure as needed.

With a distinctive identity, awarded the Red Dot Design Award, TXT is designed to beautify the facade even when the screen is closed, acting as a design element in its own right.
