Horren Industrie Nederland is a major player

Horren Industrie Nederland is based in Lienden, conveniently located in the river area, from where the Netherlands and Belgium are easily accessible. "Our company came into being eleven years ago," said director Cees van Mechelen. "A major reason was dissatisfaction with the performance of insect screen manufacturers at the time." Horren Industrie Nederland has since grown into a player of stature with some 165 dealers in the Netherlands and Belgium. These are served by a small but close-knit team consisting of three people in the office, five in the workshop and an account manager on the road. 

Thinking along
"We are committed to our dealers," says Van Mechelen. "We think with them and, if required, we advise them to achieve the best possible result together. We are transparent and have fair prices. We are definitely not a price fighter. We go for quality and stand 100% behind our products." 

The delivery program of Horren Industrie Nederland is very complete and includes: 

• five types of roller screens 
• nine types of inset mosquito nets 
• three types of jambs
• four types of mosquito screens
• four types of fixed screens
• inset roller screens
• pleated insect screens
• fixed screens with pleated
• two types of hinged screen doors
• two types of sliding roller screen doors
• black and gray mesh, pollen mesh, stainless steel mesh and petscreen
• various sizes of angle lines, lower sills and so on
• three types of sets for daytime mounting

Short delivery times
The aim of Horen Industrie Nederland is to deliver standard products, such as insert, front and roller screens, within one week, explains Van Mechelen. "Our standard pleated screen doors of the Optimus type, 96 and 130 cm wide in RAL 9010 and 9001, are kept in stock in large numbers and can be delivered immediately. All other products have a delivery time of two to three weeks." 

Webshops
Horren Industrie Nederland also delivers to webshops, where the complete delivery process can be taken out of their hands. "The order in the webshop comes to us and we take care of the follow-up process," Van Mechelen explains. "Up to the reliable delivery to the customer's home by our regular logistics partners. Both our packaging and the assembly manuals are neutral, with no mention of our name, so that we do not come into view with the end customer." 

Become a dealer
"We always have room for new dealers," says Van Mechelen. "To become a dealer of Horren Industrie Nederland, a company first needs a KvK and a VAT number. Then just call or email to make an appointment. The dealer is sent our price list both digitally and in book form, after which we make sure he can start ordering." 

"Ordering is very easy through the webshop on our site," Van Mechelen continued. "The webshop gives a complete overview of all our products. If a dealer prefers to send an e-mail to place an order, that's no problem either. Of course, we can provide the dealer with demos for his showroom and we have a flyer for almost every product." 

Repairs
"To make our service complete, we also perform repairs for our dealers when necessary," Van Mechelen concludes. "In short: we provide the complete package that a dealer needs to be able to sell and install mosquito nets, but also to provide service afterwards."
