Autumn is traditionally the season when outdoor living professionals take stock. Summer projects are coming to an end, and there is time to think about the future. The name Tarasola may well have come up in conversation. “Tarasola is really starting to make a name for itself,” says Koen Sanders, owner of exclusive distributor Sol Systems. “Several large Dutch companies want to carry the brand exclusively, but we are looking for four to five premium partners who truly understand the added value of Tarasola.”

The Polish brand has quickly positioned itself as a serious player in the premium segment. “Tarasola focuses on professionals who want to offer their customers a distinctive solution. The canopies are characterized by their robust construction, sleek design, and technical sophistication. Each model—from louvered roofs to folding roofs—is designed to be weather-resistant and low-maintenance.”
The systems are fully modular and can be expanded with glass sliding walls, aluminum panels, or fixed side walls. This makes it easy to transform a terrace into a sheltered outdoor space. “It's a product that a professional can stand behind,” says Sanders. “Aesthetically strong, technically sound, and reliable in installation. That's exactly what our dealers appreciate.”

An important part of this success is the digital support that Tarasola offers its dealers. The 3D configurator is an important tool in this regard. “With this tool, the dealer can sit down with the customer and put together a complete canopy,” says the importer. “You can immediately see the options, including the recommended retail price. The system then automatically generates all visualizations and technical drawings. This not only makes it easier to sell, but also to provide professional advice. Many dealers find this a very flexible way of working.”
To guarantee installation quality, Tarasola also offers practical training courses in the Netherlands. Installers and dealers are trained in installation and service, ensuring that every canopy is installed perfectly. “We don't just supply a product, we make sure our partners can represent the brand well.”

As mentioned in the introduction to this article, importer Sol Systems has deliberately opted for a selective approach. According to Sanders, Tarasola is not intended as a mass-market product, but as a quality brand that helps dealers to distinguish themselves. “We are not looking for as many sales outlets as possible. We are looking for partners who take the time to sit down with their customers, who contribute ideas to the design and implementation. Tarasola is a brand for the long term.”

This targeted strategy creates a network of professionals who not only sell products, but also create an experience. “Tarasola's strength lies not in marketing, but in what the dealer does with it. We provide support in the form of knowledge, training, and tools, and they bring the brand to life. This allows the brand to grow, and the dealer to grow with it.”
