This year, FIRST BASE Ground Screws is celebrating a special milestone: the company is ten years old. What began as a modest initiative in a small barn in Nistelrode has grown into an international player in sustainable screw foundations. Now with branches in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany and Denmark, the company serves customers all over Europe. FIRST BASE has thus become a market leader in these innovative building solutions. Meanwhile, the awning industry has also demonstrably embraced the company for the foundations of patio covers, conservatories and slat roofs.

The company's success is partly due to the vision of founder Joris Bullens, who launched the FIRST BASE brand name as an extension of Snelfunderen BV starting in 2014. This company still offers installation services for FIRST BASE products. Since then, the team has grown to 18 dedicated professionals collectively responsible for its impressive growth and development. "This milestone confirms that we are on the right track," says an obviously proud Joris Bullens, Managing Director. "We remain committed to providing our customers with the best products and services and we look forward to the next decade."

FIRST BASE Ground Screws offers a wide range of screw foundations, from do-it-yourself projects to large-scale commercial construction plans. Designed specifically for heavy-duty construction, the PRO Series is known for its durability and reliability. One of the main advantages of screw foundations is their environmental friendliness. They are fully recyclable and offer a sustainable alternative to traditional concrete foundations.

Camile Gisbers, Sales Director, emphasizes the company's customer-oriented approach: "In ten years, we have become a reliable partner for customers worldwide. "Over the past decade, we have been pushing the boundaries of foundation technology," said Danny van den Elzen, Technical Director. "Our commitment to sustainability and efficiency continues to motivate us to explore new materials and technologies." If it is up to Bullens, Gisbers and Van den Elzen (as well as all the other employees), the next decade will be as promising as the past decade. So plenty of reason for a celebration this year.
