Marketing manager Isabelle Wintmolders, of Harol from Diest explains that they had three objectives for participating in Polyclose. "Of course we wanted to generate new business, we wanted to maintain our customer relationships and of course we wanted to launch new products to strengthen our brand. Evaluating, we can conclude that we met those objectives."
"Our mission statement 'We Believe In Natural Cooling' is at the heart of everything we do," she continued. "We consider solar shading to be the most natural and energy-efficient method of cooling one's home. To us, solar shading is as natural as the shade of trees. We wanted to exude that at our booth. We also attach great importance to the design of our products, with a focus on sleek, timeless and durable Belgian design. We did a good job of reflecting that on our stand as well."
Isabelle Wintmolders says she and her fourteen colleagues in attendance were impressed by the professionalism of visitors to the Harol booth. "The positive feedback and comments we received during the many conversations, both about the look and feel of our booth and about our products, were very encouraging. Our new screen collection Harol Coolscreen, which provides sustainable cooling, was the most crucial innovation we showcased."
