Fully autonomous, site-ready

The Minirol® FRONT Solar NEO has become a fixture within the SUYS range. Thanks to the integrated Solar SUYS motor and the solar panel discreetly incorporated into the cabinet, the system operates completely autonomously. Electrical connections or breaking work are unnecessary. The internal battery guarantees reliable operation even with limited solar radiation.

For installers, this means a true plug-and-play solution. Fast installation, no dependence on other contractors and smooth on-site planning. Less complexity, more efficiency.

Compact design, well-thought-out technology

A key foundation of its success remains the BP42R slat. This double-walled, foam-filled aluminum slat combines stability with quiet operation and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. With its slim design, the armor rolls up into a particularly compact enclosure starting at just 137 mm.

This compact design translates directly into efficiency: less material, lower weight and a favorable cost structure, without compromising on quality or service life. With spans of up to 3000 mm wide without intermediate posts and heights of up to 2850 mm (180 mm case), the Solar NEO is perfect for large glazed areas and sliding windows.

Within the range, the 165 mm case remains the most versatile choice. This case size allows both small windows and large sliding windows to be equipped with one uniform solution, providing a clean and consistent facade appearance.

Belgian production, maximum control

Like every SUYS product, the Minirol® FRONT Solar NEO is developed and produced entirely in Belgium, at the factory in Nokere. From extrusion and profiling to powder coating and assembly: everything is done under one roof. This guarantees short delivery times, consistent quality and high flexibility in execution.

Installers have a choice of all RAL colors, complemented by matte and textured finishes. The automated paint line, equipped with energy-efficient ovens and a closed water circuit, guarantees a durable and high-quality finish, batch after batch.

Sustainability as an established value

Sustainable business is deeply embedded in SUYS' DNA. Production runs entirely on renewable energy thanks to 4,500 solar panels on the factory roof. Energy-efficient installations, LED lighting and thorough recycling of aluminum and steel keep the ecological footprint to a minimum.

Recently, SUYS took another step forward with the commissioning of a hybrid supercapacitor battery container - the first in Belgium. This innovative form of energy storage reinforces the sustainable strategy and highlights the company's long-term vision.
