From standard profile to customization with character
CF Plastic Profiles has been a specialist in the development and production of plastic profiles for technical applications for decades. With 38 extrusion lines, in-house engineering, tool shop and an annual production of more than 65 million meters, we provide profile solutions that exactly match our customers' requirements.
From our 28,000 m² production and stock location in Gramsbergen (NL), we serve customers throughout Europe, active in the construction, industrial and sun protection sectors, among others.
Technical depth - all in-house
We master the entire process: design, tool making, prototyping, extrusion, co- and tri-extrusion, production and logistics. Thanks to our in-house tool shop, we can quickly switch gears, develop new profiles and scale up custom projects efficiently.
Our extrusion technology makes it possible to combine hard and soft plastics within a single profile, for the optimal mix of strength, flexibility, precision and finish.
Materials and possibilities
We process a broad portfolio of materials, including PVC, ABS, PP, PC, PMMA, PETG, ASA, TPU and our own TempResist®. As a result, we perfectly match each profile to the application - from UV resistance and color fastness to impact resistance, temperature resistance and flexibility.
In addition to customization, we offer a wide selection of more than 2,500 standard profiles in various colors and sizes, available directly from stock.
