Roma launches the innovative exterior blind F50 for modern glass curtain walls 

At BAU 2025 in Munich, Roma proudly presented the F50 outdoor blind. This new solution builds on the success of the zipSCREEN F50 system, previously developed for screens. Now this innovative technology is also available for exterior blinds, marking another important step by Roma in shading and façade integration.

Seamless integration and stylish design

The F50 exterior louvre is specially designed to fit directly onto modern glass curtain walls. With a sight width of only 50 mm, the system integrates subtly into the facade, providing a sleek and contemporary appearance. Thanks to this optical integration, it not only offers functional benefits but also enhances the appearance of buildings.

Easy and efficient assembly

As with the zipSCREEN F50 system, simplicity and speed of installation is key. Using a patented fastening solution, only one threaded rod is required per fastening. This saves significantly on assembly time and costs. In addition, the self-supporting design eliminates the need for additional attachment of the cove to the façade, further simplifying the installation process.

Suitable for large-scale projects

The F50 outdoor louver is ideally suited for larger projects. Its ability for virtually unlimited series installations and its closed guides, which minimize side winds and light intrusion, make it ideal for high facades and challenging weather conditions.

Pre-assembled and ready to use

The F50 comes pre-assembled. This means that the blinds are ready to use immediately upon delivery, further speeding up the installation process.
