Sattler is constantly working on its range, even beyond the current five-year collection. With the right timing, a new PVC grade will be offered at the Polyclose trade fair in Ghent that nicely complements the existing grades.
Covermaster Pergola is a lightweight, single-sided PVC-coated fabric that, thanks to a special weaving and coating technique, meets the requirements of a zip-tie on a pergola awning. The PVC upper side has been given a fine texture, combined with a textile look on the underside and is available in various trendy colors.
Another PVC grade that has proven itself for several years is Pergola Opaque, a two-sided PVC-coated fabric with a blockout feature. It is coated with a matte lacquer and optionally available with a smooth or textured surface. Weighing 760gr/m2, Pergola Opaque is a frequently used quality for intensive and long-term use, for example in the hospitality industry.
The quality All Weather offers perfect protection from both sun and rain. Thanks to the special coating, this fabric has an extremely high water column, without losing its textile character. This also makes this quality very interesting for hospitality applications. The design series Urban Design added to the All Weather color palette generates liveliness thanks to its micro stripes. As a structured uni, this fabric is also ideal for serving trends in architecture.
Firemaster has special flame retardant properties and makes this grade particularly interesting for those projects where fire safety requirements are demanded. Equipped with a rainproof coating, Firemaster is very suitable for use in the hospitality industry. Also in this collection, the successful design series Urban Design has been added to the color palette.
The collection Twilight is the PVC-free alternative to regulate annoying incident sunlight and provide cooling for rooms behind. With special, modern colors, the way daylight is experienced can be influenced while benefiting from a pleasant indoor climate.
The design series Pearl, Metal EN Space each have their own, technical properties, tailored to the desired application. What these PVC-free qualities all have: excellent light technical values and a very natural transparency. The fabrics from these series can be used for screens or underlying conservatory awnings.
