Interior Collection Days 2020 moved to Jan. 31 - Feb. 2, 2021

The upcoming edition of Interieur Collection Days (InCoDa) scheduled for September 13, 14 and 15, 2020 at Evenementenhal Gorinchem will be moved to January 31, February 1 and 2, 2021. The corona measures currently imposed by the Dutch government regarding events requiring permits means that they may not go ahead until September 1.

"Despite Interior Collection Days not taking place during this period, we have been in close contact with our exhibitors and visitors over the past period. From these conversations it emerged that there is support from a large majority of exhibitors to show their new collections in early 2021, after the major international trade fairs. Visitors also indicated that this is a good alternative. This way the exhibitors can prepare perfectly for the trade event and many new collections can be presented," says Mascha de Bruin, Head of Event Interior & Retail.

Fair organizer Easyfairs is currently working on a plan to make its events corona-proof starting in September. "We assume that the 1.5-meter society will remain the norm for the time being. This has major implications for the way we design trade shows and events. The premise is that our events are safe, and that everyone feels safe. We are therefore in the process of creating various protocols to allow our fairs to proceed in a responsible manner. We feel supported in this by CLC-Vecta, the trade association in the field of live communication including fairs and conferences. Soon we will announce more about our plans to also make Interior Collection Days corona-proof. We will of course keep everyone regularly informed in the run-up to the event. The opening hours for Interior Collection Days remain unchanged. That means the trade fair for window decoration, flooring, wall coverings and upholstery can be visited on Sunday, Jan. 31, from noon to 6 p.m., on Monday, Feb. 1, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday, Feb. 2, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information: www.interieurcollectiedagen.nl.
