AW Netherlands: 'New business premises in New Heeten'

AW Nederland BV, Heeten-based supplier of garage doors and aluminum frames, has moved to a spacious new location in Nieuw Heeten. "With an area of more than 1,500 m² gives this wonderful facility enough room to continue growing for the time being," said director Wouter van Kerkvoorde. "The new building includes a large experience center cum showroom where both individuals and companies can view, use and assemble our products." In early 2020, AW Netherlands' new company building, located at Beukvenne 3 in Nieuw Heeten, will be festively opened with an open day with presentations about the future. "But everyone is already welcome now," Van Kerkvoorde invites. "The coffee is ready!"

This year, AW Nederland's range has expanded considerably, including the UniPro SNP sectional door. "This garage door is characterized by the reliable tension spring system, which means that only limited installation space is required and quick installation is guaranteed," Van Kerkvoorde explains. "Sectional garage doors are almost always equipped with electric operation. With the Metro and Moto operators, AW Nederland supplies controls equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Under the skin, these motors have the reliable technology from Somfy, which incorporates all of today's insights regarding home automation. Think of the well-known IO system that makes it possible to link the drives to the control systems Tahoma and Connexoon."

In high demand: opening garage doors, a specialty of AW Netherlands.

The real trend in garage doors, however, according to Van Kerkvoorde, are still the swinging garage doors. "From the beginning, AW Netherlands has had the widest range in the Netherlands in this. From inexpensive, non-insulated doors to maximally insulated ones with as much as 60 mm thick panel filling. Thanks to the unique production method of these French doors, the possibilities are virtually unlimited. In fact, the customer can design his own door, creating a unique product that is fully adapted to the customer's wishes as well as to the situation."

Aluminum window frames

As mentioned, AW Netherlands also supplies aluminum window frames. "Thanks to their sleek design, low maintenance and perfect insulation, they are very suitable for both residential and commercial buildings," Van Kerkvoorde points out. "These products also find their way to customers in non-insulated versions. Think, for example, of window frames or spigot frames for patio covers." All products are custom-made, because AW is convinced that they should adapt to the building and not the other way around!

The delivery time of all AW Netherlands products is a maximum of four working weeks. Dealers are extensively supported in both sales and installation. "Our installation team is ready to provide support in the broadest sense of the word," says Van Kerkvoorde. "From telephone support to complete assembly, which is especially helpful for dealers during the busy (awning) season. In addition, our sales team can assist with measuring products and on-site measuring. Incidentally, we are still looking for sales partners for a number of regions within the Netherlands.
