Marquesas Netherlands: 'New innovative powder coating line commissioned'

Marquesas Netherlands continues to continuously develop in order to provide even better service to the trade. With the recent expansion of their powder coating line, the company takes a big step forward in quality, speed and capabilities. Director Johan Hol is full of ambition and has innovation on his mind more than ever. He explains, "With our new production site and modern equipment, we can powder coat length material up to 7.5 meters. This offers our customers unprecedented possibilities."

The benefits for the trade

The new powder coating line means not only greater capacity, but also more flexibility. According to Johan, Markiezen Nederland can now switch faster and offers the possibility to offer all desired RAL colors at a limited additional cost. "In the winter months, we even offer an action where the additional price is completely dropped," Johan says. "This offers our customers ample opportunity to provide customization to their customers at no extra cost. They will ultimately benefit from this. Who doesn't want satisfied customers?"

In addition, in-house powder coating ensures that the awnings and canopies of Markiezen Nederland are finished in perfect color. "Because we control the entire process, we can guarantee consistent quality," said Johan Hol. "We keep control. We are literally on top of the process."

What does the C5 standardization mean for you?

An important addition is that Marquesas Netherlands now also offers the possibility to obtain the C5 standardization. Johan says: "This standard is an internationally recognized standard that indicates that a product can withstand the most extreme weather conditions, such as high humidity and aggressive salty environments. This is especially important for applications in coastal areas or industrial zones, where demands for corrosion resistance are particularly high. Thanks to the C5 standardization, installers and dealers can confidently offer products that last even under the harshest conditions. This means less maintenance and a longer service life, which ultimately leads to satisfied customers. Moreover, the sustainability aspect also counts here."

Full steam ahead with new investments

To keep up with growing demand, Markiezen Netherlands invested not only in the powder coating line, but also in a number of other crucial resources. For example, a new truck was purchased to make deliveries more efficient, as well as an advanced CNC bench and a Jenschman job sticker machine for even more precise production. "All in all, a series of investments with which we are ready for this year and, of course, for the future," Johan says proudly.
